What we use

• Essential session cookie — keeps you securely signed in after you log in. Without it, the Service cannot function. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
• Local storage (interface preferences) — stored in your browser to remember small UI choices (e.g. dismissing the onboarding checklist, your saved QR design). This never leaves your device.

Analytics & advertising cookies (only with your consent)

To understand how people find and use ScanIQ and to measure our advertising, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These are off by default — they load only after you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you decline (or ignore it), no analytics or advertising cookies are set and nothing is shared with Google. You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies unless you have accepted them.

Tracking pixels on customers' links

Pro customers can optionally add their own analytics or retargeting pixels to their links. Where they do, that pixel is the customer's own tool and their responsibility, and is described in our Privacy Policy. It does not run on ScanIQ's marketing pages.

Managing cookies

When you first visit, our banner lets you accept or decline analytics & advertising cookies; we remember your choice. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time — but blocking the essential session cookie will prevent you from signing in.
